Jet tub starts after I shut it off

I put in a jet tub and I will enjoy for a while and then shut it off. In any time from 1 min - 4 or 5 it will just start on it's own. I push the shut off button and it won't respond. Then it shuts off and starts again all by itself.
Any suggestions.
