Could this be implantation bleeding?
Hello, my name is Madison. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for 11 months. My last period was Feb. 13, 2014. Today March 13, 2014 I went to the bathroom to find blood when I peed. Sorry for too much information. So I assumed I had started my period. But when I put a tampon in there was no blood... keep in mind I am ALWAYS irregular. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thank you

Hi Madison,
Did you mean to say that you are always regular? If you are always irregular, it could be that your period is just off this month. If you had sex within the last week or so, it is possible that it could be due to implantation, some women do experience a bit of spotting or light bleeding, but it is also possible that it is a period about to start, or perhaps just irregular bleeding, which can sometimes happen for no apparent reason.
Give it another week or so to see if you get a regular period. If not, try a pregnancy test.

Any tips?
My fiancé and I are trying to conceive but with no luck... we have tried ovulation predictors and elevating your hips after the deed... but still no baby for us. He has already had a child so I know its me. Its been 11 months. What should we do next?

Does he wear tight briefs and/or jeans? Even if he has produced a child, start with him (easier with males) for any fertility testing, if you end up doing that.
Oh, and 11 monhs isn't very long for trying -- plus the harder you try, the more stressed you get and the more difficult it is to get pregnant. Just get on with life and enjoy each other without constant thoughts of getting pregnant.

Have you had any success in using the OPKs in determining when you might be most likely to ovulate? A couple of other means of getting an idea of when ovulation might occur would be to try keeping track of your BBT, or basal body temperature, and watching for changes in cervical mucus.
Generally it is recommended that after you have been trying consistently for a year, you may want to consider asking your doctor for just the basic fertility tests to start with. No need to go into more invasive testing unless there was a need. Basic testing would be blood tests for you and a sperm analysis for your partner.
Keep in mind that you had a few months without a period. Obviously this would be something to discuss with your doctor. It may be simply helping to keep your periods more regular as they have been lately. Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but that is with regular cycles... some will naturally take a bit longer.
I'd set up a preconception visit with your doctor to discuss what your situation has been so far and to go over the history of irregular cycles. If a reason can be determined, then you will likely have more of an idea of what can be done about it.
