For the past month the upstairs bath tap (hot) has become very stiff and the water flow is getting less and less. When the water is very hot it is impossible to turn the tap off. I am assuming it's because everything is swelling due to the heat of the slow water? We've taken the tap apart but...
How often do water pipes under bath need to be thoroughly serviced? First, hot tap bath had no water; this was fixed and then days later fitment blew off the cold water pipe, again under the bath. What could be the connection between these two incidents?
Hello I am suddenly only getting luke warm water coming through the hot taps in my bathroom. All other rooms are fine. I have a bungalow with two bathrooms a kitchen and a utility room. The system is run off a LPG combi boiler.
For some reason I'm not getting hot water from my bath tap. Everywhere else in the house in fine. We have a gas hot water system which heats water as needed. When I turn on the hot tap in the bath it gets very hot then runs cool. Any ideas?
The hot water is only trickling out of the bath tap and comes to a stop although the washbasin hot tap is working- bathroom is upstairs. We have the same problem with the kitchen hot tap the water is only trickling and soon comes to a standstill. Can anyone help. Kind Regards, anr
