The hose in my Grohe LadyLux faucet leaks at the opposite end of the hand help sprayer. I think I may need to replace it but do not know how? Any advice?

I have a leak problem at the very end of the flexible hose at the nozzle. Water leaks out where the flexible hose enters the nozzle body. I have removed the end of the nozzle thinking that the washers at that location need replacement, but water still leaks out at the location where the hose...
