    Why does my Maytag french door with bottom freezer ice on the bottom of freezer floor

    Your freezer drain is stopped up. You will have to remove the cover to the freezer coils and clean the pan and then remove back to get at pan under unit and clean the coils and pan with spray soap and water from a hose nozzle.
