    Water is coming out of hose, but faucet is turned off. No leaking anywhere in house,
    Water is coming out of hose, in garage. We can hear it running, no leaking anywhere, all other faucets work fine.

    I'm afraid I don't understand...

    You say water is coming out of hose in garage. What hose...what does the hose go to and is water running out the end and onto the ground?

    Please give as many specifics as you can to help us help you, OK?

    The only "hose" you might find in a garage is the TPV extension from the Hot Water heater. What does this hose connect to?
