    Moen Motionsense stays on
    Why is my Moen Motionsense not shutting off ? I have taken the batteries out and moved the handle but to no avail.

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Make sure the lens is clean at the base. If it's dirty it cannot sense at all. Also, with the plug-in transformer it works better.
