    What are the steps involved in establishing an organisational training centre?
    Hello all, I have been assigned to develop a plan to demonstrate the actionable activities required to establish the infrastructure of training centre for a company and in second stage I have to list down the operational activities. Please help as I am having trouble visualizing. Thanks.

    The objective is to produce a scheduling for implementation.
