    Our drain pipe in the basement sometimes has a constant drip
    Just goes drip... drip... drip... drip and so on it is in the pipe

    Its got a leak if a drainpipe is leaking... you have to find it and fix it.

    Could be a leaking flapper in the toilet. Do you occasionally hear the toilet flush by itself? Can also be condensation in the vent, with the very cold weather, the water vapor condenses.
