    Plumbing problems
Water is dripping from my door frame. I live in an apartment with units above mine. My door frame is the only area water is leaking from. The water is not clear, it is discolored a brownish shade. HELP ME!

    Hi NH

Please contact your landlord ASAP as continued water damage will only cost him more money and aggravation (and could end up displacing you for a period of time).

Flat out, I don't know a landlord that won't appreciate a heads up on stuff like this...it isn't like this could be from anything you have done!

    Good luck!
