    Quick question. Will a Field Grade Article 15 show up on a civilian background check?

    Yes it is possible. You did not say what level background check for what type of position.

    If you are going to work at McDonald's, to make french fries, most likely not. You going to work at a Aerospace company as a research engineer, most likely they will find it.
