    What can I do if I can't get a divorce decree for my wife I-130?
    I have tried everything to my knowledge, web sites to find people,county that got married,friends and nothing

    You and your wife are getting a divorce and you need a copy of that document ?

    Or ? Was she married previously and you and her married but she can not prove her previous divorce?

    In what nation did she divorce ? Most nations the legal documents are stored at specific court houses or central records. It may be needed to hire an attorney in that area to represent her to get such documents.

    Of course what if she did not ever legally divorce, that is an entire other issue
