I wonder if she will be granted an appeal hearing. If she is, go, and ask for a continuance so that you can hire a lawyer.

Your pronouns are confusing. Who made the offer your spouse or the judge? Did the spouse agree to the offer? What grounds does you spouse list for the appeal?

What's next is getting a copy of the motion to appeal.

If you're going to ask people to help you with questions, write a proper question. You youse HE SHE IT EX JUDGE

Go to the status conference. If the change she he it wants is significant, hire a lawyer just for the appeal, it's worth it.
