    Legal guardianship and divorce
    I have obtain legal guardianship of my grandson while married to my husband, he is not on the papers as guardian. We are getting divorce, my husband seems to think that he is financial responsible for him because we were married at the time.

    Guardianship or adoption ? Is it his grandson also ? Or yours from previous husband?

    He may be, depending on where you live. You may (should) discuss this with a family law attorney
