Both toilet tanks leak water during and after a shower neither toilet have been flushed or used this does not happen every single time it happens once a week twice a week... why is this happening what can the problem be? Delete the water that leaks comes out at the scene between that tank bottom and the floor... the water is not dirty so I do not think its coming from the toilet.

It sounds like you may have a partial blockage to the drain system. Here, when you run enough water and the drain system is clogged (partial clog or complete clog) water will back up and out the lowest fixtures (can be the wax gasket at the toilets if wax gaskets are weakly sealed or the shower or sink depending on levels in the house).

Are the shower and toilets all on the same floor level? If so, and this is the main floor level then you may have a MAIN DRAIN CLOG or if you have a septic system, the system could be full.

Someone will need to lift the toilet and snake the drain, or they will need to find a cleanout to snake the proper drain. When finished clearing the drain BOTH toilets will need to have new wax gaskets installed as the gaskets in place are compromised and will allow sewer gasses into the home if the gaskets are not replaced! Ugh!!

Greetings mark the house is all one level it's both the master bathroom and main bathroom in the hall they're both on the same on the same level. May I ask another question that may sound stupid um so is it water from the showers and not actual water from the actual toilet tanks even though the seepage is coming from the between the floor and the bottom of the toilet? Hope this makes sense

All on the same level suggests that the MAIN DRAIN is partially clogged. Here, to test this, find the MAIN CLEANOUT, remove the cap and then fill a tub and drain the water (or use full washing machine) and see if water comes up and out the cleanout. If water backs out the cleanout then the main drain needs to be cleaned/cleared.

All water in main drains is "sewer water". Although you primarily see water show up at the toilet when taking a shower, it is still all connected and is raw sewage. Clean up can be done using a simple 10% bleach solution to clean up.

If you are on city/town sewer, the main cleanout is usually outside about 18" off the foundation wall brought to grade....usually at the front of the building. Otherwise, you may find it inside under a stairwell or in a closet...;)
