    What kind of social security is it? SSDI or SSI ?

    If you have a support order existing, then you have to go back to court for a modification due to reduced income. Until then, you owe the amount ordered.

    You are to continue paying, until you get the court order changed.

    You would file a motion to adjust any payments to your new income.
