How do I fix a clogged toilet downstairs and a clogged shower upstairs
Our downstairs toilet overflowed and I was able to clear it with a plunger. But now our upstairs shower will not drain. Is this two separate problems or just one? Is there a cheaper way to handle this than calling a plumber on a weekend?

Of their shower and the downstairs toilet are two separate problems. Try plunging the shower first and if that doesn't work then remove the strainer and make the shower. Good luck, Tom
