    Constent pain from the back of neck to the top of spine hurts when I move my head.
    For three weeks now I have had a pain from the back of my neck to the top of my spine can only move it so far.gets worse at night and first thing in morning.have tried hot packs cold packs ibuprophin,stretching,changing pillows,and nothing works.

    You have tried a lot of home remedies, have you tried an Orthopedic Doctor? Could be a lot of things from a pinched nerve to a tumor.
