    Conservator Tax Filing
    I was appointed Conservator of my nephew in 2006. What tax forms do I use to file for 2006. I live in New Jersey and he is a resident in Florence, South Carolina

    If his money is in trust, the trust must file an annual fiduciary return (Form 1041).

    Get professional tax help; Form 1041 is NOT for the layman.
