    Ceiling fan doesn't work
    I have a Hampton ceiling fan that has worked for years. All of a sudden last week the fan unit lights went out went dark along with another plug in lamp in a different wall socket. The plug in lamp just turned back on when I flipped the switch, but the ceiling fan and lights will not turn back on. Two of the three chandelier lights blew out when it went out. There are no circuit breakers that were tripped.

    Is the switch wired using the quick connect holes in the back of the switch?
