    Ceiling fan will not turn
My ceiling fan made a noise (like a thud) and quit rotating. The fan will not turn. The light still works. I checked the breakers and they are OK. Possible solutions?

Can you manually rotate the blades? Could be a rubber connector link(some models), screw came loose and stopped the rotation?
