I was suppose to be on my period on the 15th of march and it is now cuming into April and I'm quite scared as I have slept with my boyfriend a few times and I'm scared I'm pregnant? I always use protection!
I took a test at college just to check and it was negative should I do it again to be sure?

And what the heck is going on if I'm not pregnant!

Umm.. I can't remember for sure but I think you can still take the "morning after pill" for 2 or 3 weeks after.

Don't panic, just go and see your doctor and find out what the situation is; in the meantime pick up a pregnancy test from your local pharmacist.

There are many reasons from stress to hormones to other sexual diseases that can cause this, the list is long. I would plan a visit to a medcial professional.

Calm down the more you stress the less likely you are to start your period.
The morning after pill is only available over the counter to over 16's and can only be taken up to 72 hours after sex.
To be honest I would go see your dr and have a blood test taken there could be many reasons that you haven't had your period pregnancy just being one of them.

And I hate doctors I just carnt tlk to them !

Well if you have used protection and it was successful then you could just be having a change in cycle, make the dr's appointment and if you find it that hard to talk to them write it down and let them read it that way they will ask you questions and it won't be so embarrassing.
Sadly no one can give you a diagnoses on the net sweetheart its mentally and physically impossible.

Hey just to let you know I'm not pregnant I came on this morin !

Do you have have a ny tips or anything how to relax when on your period because I'm a chef and I really crnt be doing wi more stress!

Oh I have been there I worked in some of the most stressfull kitchens in bristol and understand that one only to well.
You just really really need to make sure you drink plenty and eat properly and the key one is sleep.
I have to admit I used to use a bach flower remedy you can buy them from most good chemists and health food shops but stress is something you learn to ignore and use it in the kitchen to your advantage rather than letting it bother you I used to just thrive of it.
Good luck poppet I know what a crazy job it is but enjoy it for what it is it sure makes you a very strong person.

Well it your stressing then that could hold you period up but when was the last time you had sex wit your boifriend and when you took the test

I was going to type about how you're most likely not pregnant, but read how you stated you got your period.
First, stress is the worst thing for anyone. It's the hardest thing to control or get rid of. Most find meditation as the best. I don't know, for over 30 years I still haven't figured out how to deal with it.
I wish you the best and hope I get to taste your food one day... um, when you're not stressed out! ; )
