To wax or not to wax?
I did a test and its positive. I am dreading my first doctors visit because theey have to examine my vagina (right? ) and I was wondering do doctors expect it to be all neat and hair free down there when their examining u, for the first time or throughout your pregnancy? Did you guys wax or not wax?

No, the doctors do not expect to see a waxed groin area. However you do your own hygiene will be acceptable. I agree with Sarai - keep it neat and clean. The method you choose is purely your own choice. There is no doctor that will tell you to come back next time, waxed.

You all are too stressed out about nothing. Seriously, I have seen many in my day. We don't care what it looks like, it all does the same thing.

We never remember from one day to the next who was shaved, who was waxed, and who was natural.

Just be real and keep it clean and odor free, we don't care what shape or style your hair is in. It is not a beauty contest here.
