No, there is not a "xchool" in China that teaches, it. But they learn about it, the same as many Americans learn how to cheat the welfare system, or men learn how to not pay child support by working under the table.

They learn it by talking to others they know who come to America, learn it by reading web sites.

Often, to help citizenship, if a dating service was used, they help or teach the girl what to say to make it easier.

While there are many women who are glad to have a new husband. Let us be a little honest, how long did you know here before marriage ? Was she perhaps twice as beautiful as any girl you may find in the US.

Of course, women here will marry for a green card. Now with that said, most will stay married, even if they do not love husband out of duty. But not all.

The I-134 is not legally binding. However, the I-864 you signed in order for her to get a green card is legally binding, and the government can sue you for any need-based benefits she receives, and she can (but is unlikely to) sue you for support if you don't give her the sufficient amount. The obligations do not end on divorce. The obligations only end if 1) she becomes a U.S. citizen, 2) she no longer has a green card and leaves the U.S. 3) she works for 40 quarters, or 4) one of you dies.

After the divorce is finalized, she can apply for Removal of Conditions on her own. You can try to send a letter to USCIS, but it is likely her Removal of Conditions will be approved. Divorces happen all the time; it does not mean the marriage was fraudulent. If her Removal of Conditions is approved, she may or may not become a U.S. citizen if she wants. In fact, in that case, you would want her to become a U.S. citizen, because becoming a U.S. citizen would end your obligations under I-864.
