The igniter will ignite the gas, and the gas will run for a second or a few seconds and will then cut off. It will continue to cycle like this until it finally will stay on but at times will take forever.

Blower inducer works, switches work. 115 volts goes to controller board. When I measure igniter feed lines they show 3 volts and once blower stars it max up at 6 volts. Is this a board problem? Do I need to read 24v or 115v? My igniter is 41-404. If I buy it can I just transfer the wires from old...

I have a Carrier furnace 58PAV070-12 about 15 yrs old. When I turn on the heat, everything seems to try to light the furnace but the ignition coil does NOT glow red. The system tries 3 times and then locks out and then it blinks code 34. Is there some type of reset I am missing? I have unplugged it...

My furnace will not keep running. After approx 10 minutes of normal burning, the burners flame out and then re-ignite over and over again (about 1 second on/ 1 second off) and the gas valve can be heard clicking on and off. If the furnace is allowed to cool and turned back on the process repeats...
