My pipes have frozen, cold water for washer and toilets still work.
The pipes in my trailer have frozen. I cannot get hot or cold water in my kitchen sinks or bathroom sinks. The cold water going to my washer still works and my toilets are still running properly. I checked the electrical box and it seems to be okay.

Not everything freezes up at the same time. Can you get under the trailer with a hair dryer? Look for burst pipes while you are heating the pipes.

    Hi Vicki

Unfortunately, you'll probably need to rent a salamander or similar heating unit to thaw out the pipes under the trailer...that or wait until the weather improves.

Next, in case those frozen pipes have burst/broken as a result of the freezing, I would be sure to know exactly where the main water shut off is to your trailer. Here, you won't know if the pipes burst/broke until the pipes are thawed so be ready, just in case.

Next, to keep the toilet water from freezing I'd suggest that you get water trickling into the toilets by, let's say, adjusting the chain to the flapper so it barely closes when the flapper shuts down. Here, you'll want to see a trickle of water entering the toilet bowl at all times. This should keep the water to the toilets from freezing, OK?

In terms of the washing machine, that's a hard one to get to trickle...maybe attach long hoses to the washer shutoffs and turn them on to a trickle setting the hoses into a nearby sink...maybe??

    Hope that helps a little...;)
