    Heat or Ice
    I think I have bursitis in my knee. I have been using ice but that seems to make the pain worse. Should I try a heat?

    I am assuming that your bursitis was medically diagnosed? Cold is good for lowering swelling, heat is better for healing. It provides the areas with better blood flow. Though this might be more serious than just icing or heating the area. What has your doctor said to do?
