    No cold water upstairs
    I have no cold water upstairs, but have it in rest of the house

    Any possibility of a frozen cold water pipe? With the kinds of temps some different areas have been having and will have some more of in a few days, it is the first thing that comes to mind. Are you in a cold climate?
