    On disabilty got served Summons.
    I know my disability is exempt from paying this debt. Which I cannot afford to pay it back. But should I let my bank know first hand that someone maybe trying to freeze my account. The only thing that goes into my account is my SSD. Nothing else. Or should I Then hire a attorney to file a answer.

    SSDI is not exempt; only SSI.
    Your best bet is to face your creditor and try to work out a plan.
