    Lymphoid tissue
    I noticed an oval shaped bump on my right tonsil it is on the bottom and can sometimes be slightly covered by the arch at the back of my mouth.I went to the doctor and he said it was lymph tissue but a few months later and it is still there is this something to worry about there looks to be a slightly smaller one beside it also thanks for your help

    The tonsils ARE lymphoid tissue... 'small bumps' can be part of the tonsils, or can be signs of tonsillitis. We can't possibly know. If you have no sore throat, fever, pain, chronic colds, or other symptoms, there is no reason to worry.
