My ex belgian husband was arrested in 2006 through interpol by the NBI the time when we were just almost three years residing in the PH, for a crime he committed in his country before I knew him ( child molestation). Since I was also abused and beaten by him, I also requested to the BI to put him in the blacklist although someone already told me because of his arrest he's already blacklisted. Now my worry is that he made it known his intention to come back to PH as soon as he gets out in 2015. Could he petition to lift his ban with this crime he committed?
