    S Corporation - Owner's Expense
    Using quickbooks: How would you record the following:
    The only stockholder (aka owner) of an S Corp uses his own checkbook (not company credit card or checkbook) to purchase office supplies.

    Would you record it as an office expense with the off set as loan from owner??

For a S Corporation what do I do with Owner's Distribution at the end of the year? [ 1 Answers ]

There are 3 owners with money given to them without taxes taken out this year. I put the money into Owner's Distribution Account in the Owner's Equity section of the Balance Sheet. What do I do with these accounts at the end of the year?
