I am looking for a song its been a while and I really want to remember it. So here is some stuff that maybe you can help me with. I only remember a couple of things and I hope it won't be a bust :(. So here we go:

1. The singer is a chinese female singer and hip-hop dancer
2. I use to listen to this song back in 2008-2009 but it could be a bit older.
3. I don't remember the lyrics but I do remember a bit of the chourus (im not sure if this is right but it does sound something like this lol) ''I need you up up up up uuuup oh oh oh uuuuuuuup ou ou ou ou''.
4. The music video stars with her raising the volume of a radio
5. She dances with other people in a set of appartement stairs
6. She walks in a ghetto like neighborhood while dancing with a dance crew
7. Sometime in the video she arrives at a dance studio where there is ballerinas
8. In the dance studio there is a ballerina dancing in front of some judges and the singer bursts in the room and door shatters away
9. While she is dancing in front of the judges, the floor gets on fire and its like she is dancing on the fire

Yeah that's pretty much it so if you know what the song and or who the singer is I would be very happy if you could let me know. Thank you in advance :)!
