    Electric switch wiring diagram
    Switch on wall with runner only.
    Light over mirror.
    Want out let by light fixture.
    Power at fixture.

    Does "runner" equal switch loop? If so, you should have a hot at the light. Whatever you do or wherever you place the outlet, it must be GFCI protected.
