    Loss of water pressure
    We turned the water off to change the culligan water filter. When we turned the water back on, it is trickling. We have no pressure at all?

    In the whole house? If so, the gate valve house shut off may not be opened or the meter box valve.

    Agree, I have had main valves turn but not open. The tough part is you have to have the city shut you down at the streen to replace your main valve
