    Plumbing questions answered free
    I have a drop in water pressure in the hot water lines through out the house. Cold pressure is fine hot starts fine and quickly drops off to approx. half.
    What could this problem be.

    Make sure the supply gate valve is open completely. You may have a partially plugged heat trap nipple if so equipped. Pieces of the dip tube can plug them quickly.
