Start plunging your toilet. TP is designed to quickly reduce to a fine pulp. If you can't clear it, you may need a plumber. Don't add chemicals.

Try using the plunger on the shower drain. Here, remove the shower strainer, fill the shower with an inch of water and then start plunging... see if that works.

There is nothing that will dissolve excess toilet paper...not even acid (please do not attempt to use drano or acid... bad stuff that could hurt the plumber (and damage equipment) if he needs to come in on this).

    Back to you...

    Mark

PS: It is the pull on the plunger that works best...not the push. Here, get good suction on the plunger and then pull back and up strongly numerous times. You can still push on the plunger, too, but the pull is what will loosen things up instead of plug things, right?
