Instant hot water with PEX system
Is there a way for me to get instant hot water to a faucet using a PEX manifold system? Or can I run the cold through the manifold and loop the hot?

You can use an outlet on the hot manifold to make a return to the H/W Tank, but you will still need a circulating pump and the proper check valves at the H/W Tank.
