Frozen ground no water flowing into house
I am experiencing no water from any faucets in my home.I thought it was frozen pipes yet no leaking,no bursting and no water coming from the side of the house where hose connects.I called the city, they came out and he said we had no water running in our home whatsoever.bill paid up service never interrupted.I am wondering what my next step should be,we just bought the home so this is all a new guessing game.Any practical useful help would be greatly appreciated

Quite possible to have frozen pipes and yet no bursting or leaking. How deep is the water line. I would most certainly start heating the pipes with a hair dryer where they enter the house.
