Cyborg movie question.
I remember a few years back I watched an apocalyptic movie, the plot is in the future, they've created some sort of cyborg/robot police to fight crime and they turned rogue, war against human, they human lost that war, the main character used to fought in that war and now a sole survivor in a city overran by the cyborg. One day he saw a gang roaming around the city and got busted by the police and only one female survived, after that they teamed up and fought back the cyborg. Near the end they found out that there are scientists who had been "upgrading" or "maintaining" them and a scene of the main character fighting 1-on-1 with a cyborg in red armor. The movie seemed to be low-buggeted and rather sucks but I want to know its name.

I am trying to remember an old movie about a teen cyborg/robot thing that looks human and goes to college. All I can remember about it is that in one scene he tries to run and catch a bus and the bus is traveling at like 50 MPH. Maybe staring Kirk Cameron? I have no idea.
