    How do lignan supplements clear up acne?
    I have been taking lignans and they are the only thing that clear my acne (along with flaxseeds of course). I understand that they affect the body's estrogen levels. What does it mean if they clear up my skin? That I have too much or too little estrogen?

    No idea. Have you had your estrogen levels checked? Has anything else changed since you started taking these?
