    Hi Doc,


    I have PCOS problem from past 3 yrs.My age is 27. I'm married 8 months back. Now I'm trying for a baby. I'm having metformin for past 1 month. For past 3 months Im getting regular periods.
    Nov 25th is my last cycle and today Dec 3rd is my 9th day.. My question is I can do regular exercise during ovalution? Or doing exercise during the time of ovaluation will me making pregnant? Please suggest me..

    You will ovulate regardless of the exercises you do. There aren't any exercises that will cause ovulation. With PCOS, it will happen when it happens but it could not happen. The metformin should help but it's not going to turn you instantly fertile. It might take up to a year or more to conceive. Just continue trying and it might happen. You might, if able, need to contact a fertility expert.
