So I have an ex of about a year. I am still in high school and he is in the army and that basically why we broke up but we went out on and off for about 2 1/2 years.. anyway I have not seen him for about a month and we usually see each other about once a month somehow... whether its lunch or something and we talk on and off online.. anyway he came to my school the other day to recruit for the army and I was sitting down with some of my guy friends and some girls and he has NEVER walked up to me and my friends especially when I'm with guys he just doesn't do that.. but he walked up and tap me on my shoulder in front of everyone but I didn't feel it so then he hit me on the head with some papers when I turned around and said hi he was smiling from ear to ear and then he hugged one handed and started walking and talking but only for about 30 seconds but he kept looking at me all through lunch but he does have a new girlfriend of about 3 weeks and I just broke up with a boyfriend I was going out with about a month ago... but to make the story even weirder he brought his friend that he always brings when he gets nervious around me.. and when I asked him why he brought him he said because his car was in the shop but his friend could have easily dropped him off because he didn't ride back home with him anyway..
Do you think he still likes/loves me??

I'm confused too. Why did you break up if he liked you still? Why would he get another girlfriend if he still liked you?
