    How far set electrodes
    OK I have a oil furnace and my eletrodes is work but they sound like its going to blow up when it turn on and when it goes off

    Without knowing what kind or how old the burner is, all I can do is give you some generic settings which work on many older & some new burners.
    Set the electrode tips 1/16" ahead of the nozzle face, 5/32" apart, & 7/16" above the nozzle center.
