    I'm scared and confused!
    My last period was on November 4th and I was supposed to get it again on November 27th. I'm 3 days late and I haven't done anything with my boyfriend. But I'm still worried. What could be the cause of my late period? I still didn't get it and I don't know what to do. Help!

    There are a number of reason a period can be delayed. Stress, sports activity, changes in diet and many more.

    If there has been no sexual intercourse, then pregnancy is highly unlikely.

    It's a very lucky girl who can predict to the day when she will get her period. With a lot of girls (including me) you're lucky if it falls on the right week. As long as you get a period approximately once a month, you're perfectly normal, and 3 days "late" is nothing to worry about!
