How much is a 1928 Silver certificate worth?
I have a 1928 silver certificate serial # Z06030164 B with a blue seal. A.W. Mellon signed as Secretary of the Treasury and N.O. Woodson signed as Treasurer of the United States. From what I have read Bates was Treasurer. I can't find any mention of Woodson so is this bill that rare or is it a fake? It does have the funny back and is in good condition
