How do you get someone deported? You get your facts together, name and address of this person your reason for knowing this person needs deportation and call the US dept. of immigration. You can't do this a anominously you will have to have to give them your name and particulars as well. It sounds like a 'he said she said' sort of thing.

Then do something about it if you think you can validate it.

So you report her to ICE and see if they do something.

Go to court and get a restraining order.

Whether someone gets deported is between the government and that person. It is none of your business. Even if it turns out that the person is deportable (and you don't know that; e.g. they could have deferred action or something), the government doesn't have the time or money to deport every single person who may be deported.
How you deal with someone harassing you is the same regardless of their immigration status. There are restraining orders and other things under state law for this; contact a local lawyer for more details.

Above poster is correct. Separate the actual grievance you have from her immigration status. That is not your place and out of your jurisdiction. Speak to her if possible to settle the matter directly; if unsuccessful, contact a lawyer to obtain a harassment prevention order or restraining order.
