    Damp brick/leaking pipe
Recently had someone out to check to see if we had damp, he was very thorough and removed plaster to see if there was there wasn't it was a leak from the boiler. However having waited to get the exposed brickwork to dry then get replastered I have since noticed that one of the exposed brick is now saturated whilst the others are dry. On the other side of the wall there is beading on the floor against the skirting board, this too is saturated. Any ideas? Thanks

Not very easy to follow your question.
"check to see if we had damp"
Does that mean check for a water leak?
"and removed plaster to see if there was there wasn't it was a leak from the boiler"
Someone removed plaster and found a boiler leak-correct?
Sounds like the leak was not repaired adequately.
Don't replace the plaster til you find out why there is apparent leaking still going on- on both sides of the wall.
Can you get that someone back to check out the problem and repair it properly?
    Good luck.
