    How soon can I file for k1 visa? I just got divorced
    Would I have any problem if I file a k1 visa for my boyfriend? I just got divorced 2 months ago,we were separated since nov 2011,and he just filed a divorce this year. I have a boyfriend now who is out of country, I want bring him here.we've been talking since I got separated,I went to see this year.I am free to marry again,but is there a waiting time? How soon can I file?

    It depends on how you met the new one. To play safe, take some time... six months or longer.
