Thermostat install
I am trying to hook up a robertshaw digital thermostat which has 4 wires, green in g, orange in o, yellow in y1 and white in c on the opposite side. I have only 2 wires, one white and one black. It operates a gas fireplace with no fan. Is it possible to hook it up and how?

Im trying to install a honeywell thermostat with 5 wire. I have the wires corresponding to initial, red in RH and an orange at RC. Still a black wire is free.and the unit is not working. What am I doing wrong?
